About HKIMO
HKIMO, is named as Hong Kong International Mathematical Olympiad. The objective to develop HKIMO is to promote Mathematical Olympiad all over the world. The examination paper consists of 5 main topics: Logical Thinking, Arithmetic (Kindergarten / Primary Section) / Algebra(Secondary Section), Number Theory, Geometry & Combinatorics.
HKIMO Objectives:
  • To link ALL Maths-talent students together
  • To increase students' interest on Mathematical Olympiad
  • Developing mathematical skills and ability to solve arithmetic problems
  • Applying mathematical concepts, and link them to daily life
HKIMO Schedule:
  • Registration open : 15th of February 2020
  • Registration end : 15th of May 2020
  • Exam date : 1st week of July 2020
  • Final Olympiad in Hong Kong 28-31 August 2020
